Physician / Medical Director – Longevity & Preventive Medicine

About the role

Symmetry Recovery & Longevity Clinic in Dubai is seeking an entrepreneurial physician to lead its Recovery and Longevity programmes. This senior medical role blends clinical practice with commercial strategy, allowing you to shape innovative treatment pathways and drive clinic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow‑up consultations, interpret laboratory results and prescribe personalised treatment plans.
• Recommend and oversee IV therapy, peptide protocols, supplements and preventive medical programmes.
• Develop premium Recovery & Longevity packages, laboratory check‑up pathways and commercially attractive treatment bundles.
• Increase patient value through tailored recommendations and convert consultations into long‑term programmes.
• Research competitor offerings, pricing and supplier options to optimise profitability.
• Build relationships with laboratories, insurers and corporate wellness partners; support referral network development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with full licensure to practice in the UAE.
• Strong clinical expertise in preventive, recovery or longevity medicine.
• Commercial mindset and interest in developing medical products and programmes.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Interpretation of laboratory investigations.
• IV therapy administration and peptide protocol design.
• Clinical consultation and personalised treatment planning.
