Physiotherapist – Hospital Setting

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team at Speciality Hospital Dubai. The role involves assessing patients, developing and reviewing treatment programmes, and delivering evidence‑based physiotherapy services in line with DHA regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify physical problems and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physiotherapy for joint, spinal, post‑surgical, accident, injury and stroke rehabilitation.
• Document patient case notes, reports and statistical data accurately.
• Educate patients and carers on prevention and self‑management of conditions.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team, attend meetings and contribute to education programmes.
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment, order supplies and ensure a safe work environment.
• Record and report adverse clinical events and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate from an approved university in Physiotherapy with a current DHA licence to practice in the UAE.
• Minimum two years of experience in physical medicine or hospital physiotherapy.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hospital setting.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and quality outcomes.
