Physiotherapist

About the role

The Physiotherapist will deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services to patients at Speciality Hospital Al Ain, working within the hospital’s philosophy and professional standards. You will join a multidisciplinary team to support recovery after surgery, injury, accidents, and strokes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify physical problems and develop individualized treatment programmes.
• Provide joint, spinal and post‑surgical rehabilitation, as well as stroke and injury recovery.
• Supervise and instruct physiotherapy assistants and aides.
• Document patient case notes, reports and statistical data.
• Educate patients and carers on prevention and condition improvement.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and hospital quality‑management activities.
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment, order supplies and ensure a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Qualified physiotherapist registered with the relevant professional body.
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families and healthcare staff.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence‑based practice.
