Pipeline Engineer (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Pipeline Engineer will lead the design of pipeline systems for EPC projects in the oil, gas and petrochemical sector. Working from the Abu Dhabi branch office, the role supports proposals through detailed engineering, ensuring compliance with contractual and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and discuss execution strategies and schedules with the project team and department heads.
• Lead and coordinate pipeline design activities from feasibility studies to detailed engineering, managing technical interfaces with specialized subcontractors.
• Participate in material and construction cost estimation and provide support to project stakeholders including procurement, construction and commissioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of EPC experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and related tools.
