Placement Executive – Medical & Life Insurance

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Placement Executive – Medical & Life Insurance to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on supporting the placement and renewal of medical and life insurance policies, acting as the liaison between client executives and insurers, and ensuring timely and accurate market engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end placement and renewal process from market submission to binding.
• Engage with insurers to negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy terms.
• Prepare and review market submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with insurers to obtain quotations and underwriting decisions.
• Compare insurer terms and provide placement recommendations based on coverage, pricing, and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Client Executives to align on client requirements and placement strategy.
• Maintain strong insurer relationships to improve market access and service levels.
• Monitor renewal timelines, identify risks, and support new insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate placement records and produce reports on renewals, pipeline, insurer performance, and market trends.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or early‑career candidate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong interest in delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Collaborative team player willing to learn and take on new challenges.
