Planning & Cost Control Engineer

About the role

Precision Facade is looking for a detail‑oriented Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will support engineering and construction projects by managing budgets, tracking expenses and providing cost‑related insights to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost estimates and budgets.
• Monitor project expenses, track variances and prepare regular cost reports.
• Analyse cost data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for savings.
• Support the creation and upkeep of cost‑control systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather and validate cost information.
• Assist in preparing change orders and contract modifications.
• Contribute to value‑engineering initiatives and cost‑saving strategies.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide cost‑related insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control, preferably on construction or engineering projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with project control.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
