Plumber – Full-Time (Dubai)

About the role

Accor is seeking a qualified Plumber to join its engineering and maintenance team in Dubai. The role involves ensuring all water supply, drainage, and related systems operate safely and efficiently across hotel facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Install water supply and drainage systems in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry areas.
• Repair leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes, faucets, and toilets.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues to minimise disruption.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety and compliance with local codes.
• Install and maintain water heaters and boilers for hot‑water supply.
• Ensure plumbing supports sanitation and hygiene standards, including grease traps.
• Connect and maintain appliances such as dishwashers, ice machines, and washing machines.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Completion of a recognised plumbing apprenticeship or vocational training programme.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and health regulations.
• Experience with commercial plumbing systems, preferably in hospitality settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
