About the role

The PMC Contracts Manager will oversee post‑award contract administration for two major EPC projects, ensuring that contractual rights are protected and claims are effectively managed. This senior position provides leadership to multidisciplinary project teams and aligns contract actions with company policies and contractual frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts for two awarded EPC projects, monitoring compliance and performance.
• Safeguard contractual entitlements and manage claim processes.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and applicable legal standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior contract staff.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in contract management within large‑scale EPC or oil & gas projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of contractual law, claims handling, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
