PMC E&I Supervisor – Construction Engineering

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC E&I Supervisor to join the Construction Engineering team for the ADNOC on‑shore project in Abu Dhabi. The role will be based on the on‑site location and will support the delivery of large‑scale oil and gas infrastructure, ensuring that electrical and instrumentation (E&I) activities are executed in line with client expectations and project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PMC function for all E&I scopes, coordinating with client ADNOC and internal disciplines.
• Monitor progress, schedule and cost performance of E&I works and report variances.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements on the on‑shore site.
• Facilitate communication between construction, engineering and procurement teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including method statements and as‑built records.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMC Supervisor or similar role on oil and gas construction projects.
• Strong background in electrical and instrumentation systems within the upstream or mid‑stream sector.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling and cost management.
