PMC Lead Instrument & Control Engineer

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Lead Instrument & Control Engineer to join the ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role will be based at the client’s office and will involve occasional travel to Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for all instrumentation design activities.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate and monitor instrumentation engineering with the EPC contractor to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with IPMT, EPC, ADNOC engineering, operations and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Perform regular technical reviews of instrumentation deliverables to guarantee quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instrumentation engineering within oil & gas projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and travel occasionally.
• Strong understanding of project management coordination (PMC) processes.
