About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Lead Piping Engineer to join its ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of piping systems for a high‑profile client in the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of piping systems ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and functional piping solutions.
• Monitor project progress, manage technical issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for client and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record in leading piping engineering projects within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance for piping systems.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site at the client’s office in Abu Dhabi.
