PMC Offshore Sr Construction/ Installation Manager

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Construction/Installation Manager to lead offshore projects for our ADNOC client. The role is based full‑time in Abu Dhabi and involves overseeing the execution of construction, installation and commissioning activities to meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct on‑site construction, installation and commissioning work in line with project specifications.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project procedures and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain schedule integrity.
• Monitor progress, report performance metrics and enforce contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
• 5‑7 years in a similar senior construction/installation role within GCC countries.
• Proven experience on major offshore construction projects.
