PMC Specialist I&C Engineer

About the role

The PMC Specialist I&C Engineer provides technical expertise in instrumentation and control design, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and review instrumentation design and engineering deliverables from EPC contractors and consultants.
• Perform technical reviews, ensure design quality, and approve work in line with project specifications and standards.
• Support development of control philosophies, instrument specifications, cause‑and‑effect charts and functional design requirements.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities to align with project schedules.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant oil & gas industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve complex problems.

Required skills

• Instrumentation design and control engineering.
• Knowledge of ADNOC standards and relevant international codes.
• Experience with EPC contractor coordination and technical reviews.
• Proficiency in engineering computer programs and business software.
