PMD/PMO Manager

About the role

ViTO Energy Engineering and Construction is seeking an experienced PMD/PMO Manager to lead and coordinate EPC projects from its Abu Dhabi office. The role will ensure project schedules, milestones and deliverables are met while supporting communication between headquarters and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor EPC projects based in Abu Dhabi.
• Track project progress, prepare management reports and maintain centralized documentation.
• Support project planning, risk identification, mitigation planning and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Facilitate communication between headquarters and site teams, including regular site visits.
• Assist in project close‑out, lessons‑learned activities and preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is essential.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably in the petrochemical or energy sector.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects valued at $100 M or more.
• Excellent written and verbal English, high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and reporting.
