About the role

The Pool and Beach Support Expert ensures smooth operations for the pool and beach areas at Club 104, delivering a memorable guest experience through attentive service and meticulous upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, assist the kitchen, and maintain clean work areas.
• Replenish supplies, manage inventory, and support food‑and‑beverage transactions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), moving objects, and navigating uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and uniform appearance guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• No specific license or certification required.
