Pool Attendant

About the role

Join our hotel team as a Pool Attendant, where you’ll ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment across our seven swimming pools and beach area, delivering memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain safety, cleanliness and guest comfort across all pool and beach areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool decks, loungers, umbrellas and recreational facilities.
• Set up sunbeds, cabanas, towels and beach equipment according to resort standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions and activity information while enforcing safety rules.
• Support lifeguards, report hazards and assist with emergency procedures.
• Manage pool and beach towel inventory, distribution and collection.
• Keep poolside amenities stocked and operational throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and Recreation teams for seamless operations.
• Promote sustainability by encouraging responsible use of towels and beach resources.
