Pool Bar Bartender

About the role

The Renaissance Pool Bar is looking for a passionate bartender to craft innovative, locally‑inspired cocktails and deliver a memorable guest experience. You will be the host of the bar, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Create intriguing, indigenous, and delicious cocktails while staying current with new trends and micro‑local offerings.
• Maintain the bar’s appearance and functionality, ensuring it runs flawlessly throughout service.
• Build relationships with hotel departments and the local community to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Uphold safety standards, company policies, professional uniform standards, confidentiality, and asset protection.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant bartending or food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of cocktail creation, trends, and local flavor profiles.
• Excellent guest service orientation and ability to communicate effectively.
