About the role

Join Emaar’s pool bar team in Fujairah and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visit ends with a satisfied and happy fan.

Key responsibilities

Deliver all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to brand standards.
Anticipate guest needs, go the extra mile, and resolve issues promptly.
Prevent complaints and execute effective service recovery when required.
Communicate proactively with fellow team members, always keeping the guest’s interests at heart.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
