Pool & Beach Butler (Russian Speaker)

About the role

Join the Bvlgari Resort Dubai as a Pool and Beach Butler, providing premium food and beverage service to guests by the pool and beach areas. The role requires fluent Russian to cater to Russian‑speaking guests and deliver the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests and set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer menu questions, communicate special dietary needs and allergies to the kitchen, and record orders in the MICROS POS system.
• Check guest satisfaction throughout service, maintain cleanliness of work areas, china and glass, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Present accurate checks, process payments, and adhere to all safety, security and uniform policies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities and ensure professional communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• Fluent Russian language skills.
• No supervisory experience or specific licences required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
