Pool Technician – Al Wadi, Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dedicated Pool Technician for its Al Wadi location. You will be the first point of contact for guest repair requests and ensure the pool area and related facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pool equipment, kitchen and mechanical room tools, including cleaning, lubrication and visual inspections.
• Identify, locate and operate shut‑off valves for equipment and building utilities.
• Maintain maintenance inventory, requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Carry out minor repairs: painting, drywall, wood‑trim, light‑bulb and A/C filter replacement.
• Test, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical components, HVAC, kitchen equipment and landscaping sprinklers.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures before any maintenance work.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved systems.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies.
