Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Tripod Global is seeking an experienced Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of fit‑out and joinery projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on post‑contract administration, cost control, and final account preparation, ensuring projects meet financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit interim payment applications in line with contract terms and project progress.
• Identify, negotiate and finalise variations, claims and extensions of time with clients and consultants.
• Monitor project costs, track budgets, produce cost reports and maintain commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop Cost to Complete (CTC) reports, Contract Review Variations (CRVs), cash‑flow forecasts and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, evaluate quotations, administer agreements, certify payments and negotiate variations and final accounts.
• Administer post‑contract commercial activities, maintain contractual records and support project teams in achieving financial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on fit‑out, interior or joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of post‑contract commercial management, variations, claims, EOTs and final accounts.
• Excellent understanding of contracts, cost control and commercial reporting.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project and commercial teams.
