About the role

We are looking for a proactive PR Assistant to support the College’s public relations and communications efforts at City University Ajman. The role will focus on managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and assisting with various marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

Manage and monitor the College’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Plus) and respond promptly to queries and comments.
Assist the PR department in developing and publishing social media and website content.
Translate news articles and web content between English and Arabic.
Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation.
Provide assistance on additional PR and marketing tasks as needed.

Required profile

Excellent written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

Thorough knowledge of major social media platforms.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (preferred).
