PR Manager – Marketing at Madinat Jumeirah Resort

About the role

The PR Manager – Marketing will lead day‑to‑day public relations and external communications for Madinat Jumeirah Resort, ensuring alignment with Jumeirah brand standards and commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated PR and communications plans, including storytelling, media campaigns, influencer activations, events and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and international media, influencers and industry partners across luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, F&B, wellness and business.
• Create and manage high‑quality PR content such as press releases, media pitches, Q&As, fact sheets, award submissions and internal communications.
• Coordinate media visits, events, launches, interviews and influencer experiences while managing agencies, suppliers, budgets, KPIs and campaign performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Sales, Revenue, F&B, Spa and Operations teams to maximise brand exposure and support commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or professional degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant PR or communications experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, travel, a PR agency or a recognised luxury brand.
• Proven experience developing and delivering integrated PR strategies with strong media and influencer relationships.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, with strong copywriting, storytelling, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong commercial and organisational skills, including managing agencies, budgets, KPIs, events and senior stakeholders.
