Pre-Sales Consultant - Smart Home Solutions

About the role

A client of Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to support the growth of its Smart Home and Smart Hospitality business across the Middle East. The role bridges customers, channel partners, sales teams and technical teams by designing tailored solutions, supporting business development and driving project implementation. It is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai reporting to the Regional Pre-Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customised smart home and smart hospitality solutions based on customer requirements.
• Work with sales teams on client presentations, demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams so customer needs match technical capabilities.
• Build and support channel partner relationships across the Middle East.
• Deliver product training and technical enablement programmes for partners and customers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, and monitor industry trends.
• Support tender submissions, solution proposals and technical documentation.
• Assist in deploying and implementing smart technology solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in pre-sales, technical consulting or solution engineering.
• Proven experience in smart home, security systems, IoT, smart building, hospitality technology or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting B2B sales cycles and key accounts.
• Excellent English communication skills; Middle East experience preferred.
