Presentation Designer

About the role

A holding group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Creative Visualisation & Presentation Designer to support high-quality visual presentations, strategic storytelling and creative communications across its diverse portfolio of businesses. The designer works closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to turn complex information, business strategies and ideas into polished, impactful materials for executive leadership, board meetings and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop presentations, executive decks, board presentations, corporate reports and strategic documents.
• Translate complex business information, data and strategic concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Create visualisations, infographics, diagrams, charts, frameworks and bespoke graphics.
• Apply storytelling principles to build visually cohesive, commercially focused presentations.
• Work with senior leadership and strategy teams to turn briefs into creative deliverables.
• Develop visual concepts, layouts and presentation templates aligned with corporate brand guidelines.
• Support strategic storytelling materials such as business proposals, investment presentations and transformation strategies.
• Ensure consistent quality, accuracy and visual consistency across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while responding to stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in presentation design, graphic design, visual communication or creative visualisation.
• Strong portfolio showing presentation design, information visualisation, data storytelling and corporate communication.
• Preferred: background in management consulting, corporate strategy, professional services, investment groups, creative agencies or in-house design teams.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives, board-level presentations or large multi-business organisations is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign.
• Figma and other design tools are an advantage.
• Understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
