President – Oilfield Management Services

About the role

The President of the Oilfield Management Service Company will lead Anton’s global oilfield management business, shaping strategy, expanding operations, and ensuring safe, efficient asset performance across key regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define medium‑ and long‑term development strategies for oilfield operation, maintenance, EPC, and technical services.
• Coordinate business expansion in Asia, Iraq, the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia, aligning with group synergies.
• Select and introduce high‑quality oil and gas blocks and projects, managing equity, technology, and operation partnerships.
• Build a global network of technology partners, service providers, and financial institutions.
• Establish and enforce asset operation standards, driving continuous improvement of production, cost, and HSE metrics.
• Develop and execute a global customer management strategy targeting national and international oil companies.
• Maintain high‑level relationships with governments, regulators, and strategic partners.
• Promote integrated solutions that combine oilfield management, technical services, and capital cooperation to replicate Anton’s brand in key markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 240 months (20 years) of experience in oilfield management, technical services, or related sectors.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, international business expansion, and large‑scale project delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across multiple regions.
