Pricing Manager

About the role

Etihad is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead revenue‑focused pricing decisions across its global network. You will combine market intelligence, demand forecasting and commercial strategy to optimise fares and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly revenue performance against commercial and network targets.
• Design and implement pricing strategies for multiple market segments, ensuring competitive positioning.
• Forecast consumer demand and manage fare availability to capture revenue opportunities, especially during peak periods.
• Provide accurate demand and fare forecasts for revenue optimisation systems.
• Monitor market conditions, economic indicators and competitor activity to make proactive pricing decisions.
• Evaluate and approve pricing requests from commercial stakeholders using fact‑based analysis.
• Collaborate with Market Managers and other commercial teams to align pricing with broader business objectives.
• Contribute to the development of customer‑centric products, embedding revenue optimisation considerations.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing performance and forecasting accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience in airline pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy or a related analytical field.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, pricing optimisation and revenue management principles.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and translate insights into actionable commercial actions.
