Pricing Manager – Lead Pricing Strategy & Optimization

About the role

The company based in the UAE is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to own and drive pricing strategy, profitability analysis and price optimisation across both B2B and B2C channels. You will work closely with commercial, finance and supply‑chain teams to ensure margin targets are met while remaining competitive in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for downstream oil products, especially lubricants.
• Analyse cost‑to‑serve, COGS, margin and profitability (PVM) to guide pricing decisions.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust prices dynamically.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support cross‑functional teams with pricing insights.
• Utilise pricing tools and e‑commerce platforms to execute price changes efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in pricing management or strategy, with strong B2B pricing expertise.
• Background in downstream oil manufacturing, preferably lubricants or related products.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with pricing software or tools.
