About the role

Harrow International School Dubai is seeking a Primary Teacher with a strong focus on Science to join its founding team starting January 2027. The successful candidate will help shape a vibrant, inclusive learning community that reflects Harrow’s values of courage, honour, humility, and fellowship.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality, intellectually rigorous Science lessons for primary pupils.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of each child, ensuring all are challenged and supported.
• Create an inclusive, aspirational classroom culture that fosters curiosity and independence.
• Maintain an orderly, well‑resourced learning environment aligned with Harrow standards.
• Implement formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform planning.
• Contribute to pastoral care within the House system and participate in co‑curricular activities.

Required profile

• Willingness to undergo enhanced child protection screening, including background, police and overseas checks.
• Proof of relevant teaching qualifications and high‑quality references.
• Commitment to Harrow’s safeguarding policies and to promoting the welfare of children.
