Private Banking Services Specialist

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Specialist in Private Banking Services to support Relationship Managers and their high‑net‑worth clients. You will handle day‑to‑day client requests, execute basic banking transactions, and ensure compliance with the bank’s policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist 1‑2 Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and service delivery.
• Process basic banking transactions such as transfers, cheque clearing, cash handling, and fixed‑deposit operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance, Legal and other departments to execute client instructions.
• Communicate directly with clients on operational matters and confirm callbacks while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare and verify client documentation (e.g., IOSIR, compliance forms, account opening paperwork).
• Raise and follow up service requests, place trade orders on the Moxy platform, and liaise with investment advisors.
• Support annual reviews, document collection, and archival of transaction copies.
• Provide backup to colleagues and assist senior team members as needed.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of basic banking products and associated operational processes.
• Strong understanding of compliance, due‑diligence and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Experience working within a structured banking environment and adhering to business etiquette.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Moxy trading platform.
• Basic banking transaction processing.
