Private Chef for Luxury Household

About the role

We are looking for a professionally trained Private Chef to lead the culinary operations of a private household in Dubai. The successful candidate will design nutritious, high‑quality meals, manage all kitchen activities and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan weekly menus tailored to preferences, nutrition goals and household schedule.
• Prepare and serve daily meals to a high standard, accurately calculating calories, macros and portions.
• Develop healthy, high‑protein and customized dishes as required.
• Experiment with diverse cuisines, ingredients, techniques and food science.
• Purchase groceries, source quality ingredients and manage pantry, refrigerator and freezer stock levels.
• Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, food safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Minimise food waste and control grocery spending responsibly.
• Prepare meals for guests and small private gatherings when needed.
• Uphold discretion, professionalism and household privacy at all times.

Required profile

• Formal culinary‑school qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional chef experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in menu planning, grocery purchasing and kitchen management.
• Good knowledge of nutrition, calorie counting and macronutrients.
• Ability to cook a broad range of international cuisines.
• Creative, organised, clean, reliable and able to work independently.
• Private household experience preferred but not essential.
