About the role
Water & Shark is expanding its Private Client & Family Office Advisory practice and seeks a lawyer to work on sophisticated cross‑border wealth structuring for UHNI families and founders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and draft complex wealth structures across onshore and offshore jurisdictions.
- Lead cross‑border private client engagements and coordinate with banks, trustees, insurers and legal advisers.
- Structure insurance‑based wealth solutions, including PPLI, and advise on succession, estate planning and family governance.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer admitted in a European jurisdiction with 3‑4+ years of cross‑border private client experience.
- Strong multi‑jurisdiction European private client and succession law expertise, preferably UK, Cypriot or Romanian law.
- High integrity, discretion and ability to work independently with rigorous follow‑through.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of PPLI, trusts, foundations and holding structures.
- Excellent drafting skills for complex structuring documents.
