Private Equity Associate – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global investment firm based in the Abu Dhabi Global Market as a Private Equity Associate. You will work directly with senior partners on live buyout, growth equity, direct investment and co‑investment transactions across multiple regions and sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full deal lifecycle, from origination to exit, across buyouts, growth equity, direct investments and co‑investments.
• Build and maintain detailed LBO, DCF and returns models, performing scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Lead commercial, financial and operational due diligence on target companies.
• Prepare investment committee memos, deal materials and presentations.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with value‑creation initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience at an elite investment bank M&A team or a top‑tier private equity firm.
• Strong academic background from a leading university.
• Sharp commercial judgement, deal instinct and a genuine passion for private equity.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi (relocation support available).
