About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Private Household Recruiter to source and place top‑tier domestic staff for high‑net‑worth families. The role operates on a hybrid basis, combining on‑site activities in Dubai with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate data in Zoho Recruit.
• Build and maintain talent pools for roles such as butlers, chefs, nannies, and chauffeurs.
• Screen and assess candidates for experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
• Liaise with clients, presenting shortlisted candidates professionally.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure a smooth hiring workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within domestic or household staffing.
• Highly proactive with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates against client expectations and cultural fit.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
