Process & Compliance Manager – ERP & Finance

About the role

The Process & Compliance Manager will partner with the Head of P&C to lead ERP implementations and enhancements across UAE and overseas automotive operations. This role drives risk assessment, process improvement, and governance to ensure efficient, standardized, and compliant financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Finance Lead for ERP implementation and enhancements, focusing on standardisation and automation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives that enable process automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure consistent automotive processes across business units and integration with financial books.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and share best practices across units.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, exception alerts, and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
• 2‑4 years of experience supporting SAP or other ERP processes, preferably in automotive/retail.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or SAP certification are advantageous.
