Process & Compliance Manager – Legal & Audits (Retail)

About the role

The Process & Compliance Manager ensures that contractual obligations and compliance measures are met across the UAE, Oman, Qatar and Egypt. You will lead business ethics initiatives, risk‑based process reviews and loss‑prevention monitoring while supporting audit activities and expansion projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enforce Group policies on contracts, anti‑corruption, and anti‑money‑laundering.
• Coordinate internal audits, SOP analysis and implement operational improvements.
• Maintain a live directory of approved contracts and ensure IWAY and franchise compliance.
• Draft and review promotional terms in partnership with Legal Counsel.
• Support lease and franchise agreement reviews for new store openings.
• Assist in loss‑prevention investigations and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of legal, compliance and risk management in a retail environment.
• Experience reviewing contracts and coordinating audits.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of anti‑corruption and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Familiarity with Group Procurement Policy and IWAY standards.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contractual terms.
