Process Lead – Cash Management

About the role

The Process Lead – Cash Management is responsible for delivering cash‑management related business processes and services across all business units of the IFFCO group. You will monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs while ensuring accurate cash forecasting, fund management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage funds documentation, loan and investment paperwork, and maintain all related records.
• Prepare monthly cash‑flow forecasts and coordinate with accounts payable and receivable teams.
• Oversee petty‑cash handling, balance maintenance, distribution and claim processing.
• Process import and export documents such as bank guarantees and letters of credit in collaboration with SCM, purchase and finance teams.
• Monitor daily bank‑account activity for effective cash management.
• Record loans, capital repayments, bank charges, currency swaps and FX deals; track debt covenants and report risk exposure.
• Prepare management reports on financial position, risk exposure and daily cash balances; support month‑end reporting.
• Assist internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance or shared‑service role.
• Graduate degree in Finance; preferably pursuing or holding a professional qualification (CFA, ICWA, CMA, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
