Processor – Escrow Transaction Processing (UAE Only)

About the role

The Processor is responsible for accurate, timely, and controlled processing of escrow and related banking transactions. The role supports reliable operational delivery, maintains transaction integrity, and ensures compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process escrow transactions and input required information into core banking and escrow management systems.
• File, maintain, and archive transaction records in line with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Review documentation, identify discrepancies or missing information, and promptly escalate exceptions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in BPM and other operational systems to keep workflow information current.
• Support risk, compliance, and audit activities by adhering to procedures, controls, and governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations or transaction processing.
• Understanding of banking transaction‑processing procedures, controls, and documentation requirements.
• Exposure to core banking or payment platforms such as Finacle or Flexcube is preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
• Good organizational, communication, problem‑solving and ownership skills, with the ability to follow procedures and meet timelines.
