About the role
The Processor role supports the Processing Team by validating data inputs, liaising with internal business units, and resolving routine transaction issues. This position requires solid technical knowledge of banking procedures and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Implement compliance and control procedures to ensure tasks meet procedural requirements.
- Act as contact point with Back‑Office for archival documents.
- Manage CB UAE account identification and closure in coordination with Business and Tanfeeth.
- Handle cheque return activities in line with CBUAE guidelines.
- Address and resolve day‑to‑day problems raised by other business units.
- Reconcile Takaful payable accounts monthly and submit MARS payments.
- Reconcile recalled archival documents to ensure proper return.
- Support system UATs and monitor retail product forms with vendors and business units.
Required profile
- High school education.
- Preferably experience in banking operations.
- UAE national with a family book.
