Procurement Analyst Graduate – Entry Level

About the role

Astra Tech is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join its Procurement team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to the full purchasing cycle, supplier management and spend analysis, supported by experienced buyers and category managers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process purchase requisitions and orders accurately and on time.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and prepare comparison sheets for buying decisions.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, catalogues and pricing information in the ERP system.
• Analyse spend data and generate basic reports, dashboards and summaries to highlight trends and savings opportunities.
• Track open orders, follow up with suppliers on confirmations, lead times and outstanding items.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and internal controls.
• Support supplier onboarding and collection of compliance documentation.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies in coordination with Accounts Payable.
• Coordinate with finance, operations and warehouse teams to meet internal requirements.
• Provide general administrative support and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates and internship experience are welcome.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
