Procurement Assistant – SAP S/4HANA (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Procurement Assistant to support end‑to‑end procurement and supply‑chain operations in our fast‑paced Business Bay office. The role requires hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and a solid grasp of the full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the complete procurement process from requisition through delivery and stock update.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes and invoice postings in SAP S/4HANA.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Track shipments, coordinate with logistics and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock reports, support demand planning and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Assist with invoice verification and liaise with finance for timely processing.
• Maintain the supplier database and prepare MIS reports, procurement analysis and cost comparisons for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA (PO, GRN, invoice and inventory postings) is mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis and data management.
• Experience handling multi‑product procurement and multiple suppliers.
• Strong coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
