Procurement Expeditor

About the role

Target Engineering is looking for an experienced Procurement Expeditor to support major EPC oil & gas projects. You will ensure that materials and equipment reach project sites on time, aligning deliveries with project schedules and procurement requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute expediting activities to guarantee timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor procurement orders, follow up with suppliers, and resolve delivery delays.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage receipt of goods.
• Track and report expediting progress, flag risks, and propose mitigation solutions.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and update management systems.
• Support supplier performance evaluations and ensure compliance with HSE and procurement policies.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS or APICS are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
