Procurement Manager Interior Fit-Out

About the role

Crystal Fit Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across multiple commercial interior fit‑out projects in the UAE. The role involves sourcing suppliers and subcontractors, managing RFQs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement for several ongoing fit‑out projects, from RFQ issuance to purchase order issuance.
• Source and pre‑qualify suppliers and subcontractors across the UAE and maintain an approved database.
• Prepare commercial comparison sheets, negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties and lead times.
• Coordinate with QS/Cost Controller to keep procurement within approved budgets.
• Track long‑lead items, raise early warnings, and follow up on production, approvals and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, PO values, committed costs and outstanding deliveries.
• Support value‑engineering initiatives and alternative material sourcing.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in UAE interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong network of UAE suppliers and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of fit‑out materials, specifications and subcontract packages.
• Ability to read BOQs, drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and understanding of project budgets.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up and English communication skills.
