Procurement Manager

About the role

Secret Gardens LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the acquisition of materials, equipment and services for its landscape design and build projects. The role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery, cost control and quality compliance across all construction contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform value engineering and cost control on construction contracts.
• Coordinate tender processes, handle correspondence with contractors and evaluate bids.
• Attend meetings with designers, contractors and clients, and review contractor drawings.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders and vendor performance evaluations.
• Generate reports, analyse procurement metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare recommendations for award of contractor packages and manage pre‑qualification documentation.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure procured items meet company standards and address quality issues promptly.
• Conduct occasional site visits as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in landscaping or construction.
• Strong written reporting ability and experience working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in the Middle East and familiarity with local authority approvals.
• Highly organized with document‑control expertise and a valid driving licence preferred.
