Procurement Officer - Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Officer – Assistant to support the sourcing, procurement and timely delivery of high-quality fit-out materials for interior projects in Ras Al Khaimah. The role will work closely with the design, estimation and commercial teams to ensure materials arrive on schedule and meet project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end procurement process for interior fit-out projects, from material requisition to delivery.
• Support sourcing of fit-out items such as joinery, furniture, doors, ironmongery, glass, gypsum works, ceiling systems, flooring, wall finishes, lighting fixtures, sanitary ware and decorative items.
• Prepare and float RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors, and follow up to obtain timely quotations.
• Help prepare commercial bid comparisons and evaluation summaries under senior guidance.
• Support negotiations on pricing, lead times and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with design, estimation and project teams to track delivery status and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in procurement, preferably within interior fit-out or construction.
• Strong understanding of quotation processes and supplier coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
