Procurement Officer

About the role

Join Archirodon's Supply Chain Management team in the UAE and support large‑scale international EPC projects. You will handle procurement activities, negotiate with vendors and contribute to cost‑effective project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process procurement requests through the ERP system and coordinate with internal departments.
• Forecast demand, evaluate inventory levels and initiate RFQs.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and award contracts.
• Administer and expedite supply, services and sub‑contracts to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor vendor performance, conduct business reviews and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Supply Chain, Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Finance education.
• Minimum five years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of procurement contracts and local UAE market.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
