Procurement Officer – Property Development (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Procurement Officer will manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for SAAS Properties' development projects in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that materials and services are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in line with project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, track deliveries and resolve any issues affecting timelines.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate closely with project, finance and operations teams to optimise costs and quality.

Required profile

• Strong procurement and purchasing experience, preferably in real‑estate, construction or property development.
• Proven ability to manage sourcing processes and vendor relationships.
• Experience preparing and tracking purchase orders.
• Solid contract‑negotiation and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply‑chain management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
