Procurement Package Manager – Spa & Wellness

About the role

Join a leading GCC construction firm as a Procurement Package Manager focused on Spa & Wellness projects. You will drive procurement strategy, manage specialist supplier sourcing, and ensure commercial value across high‑end luxury developments. The role combines estimation, tendering, and supplier management to deliver seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation, BOQ reviews, tender pricing and commercial assessments for Spa & Wellness packages.
• Identify, evaluate and source international manufacturers of thermal cabins, saunas, steam rooms and related equipment.
• Manage RFQs, quotation analysis, technical‑commercial comparisons and supplier selection processes.
• Develop procurement schedules, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and coordinate long‑lead item logistics.
• Support value engineering, variation cost assessments and procurement risk management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation, procurement or specialist construction.
• At least 5 years dedicated to Spa & Wellness projects and luxury hospitality developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven track record of sourcing equipment from international manufacturers and managing complex supplier contracts.
