Procurement Specialist (Emiratization)

About the role

RAKBANK is hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement across assigned spend categories such as marketing, facility management, collections and valuation services. The role covers sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation and compliance with procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement for assigned spend categories and partner with business stakeholders to define specifications for goods and services.
• Lead Source-to-Contract activities with Legal, Risk, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Run sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contractual conditions and SLAs with suppliers.
• Support category management strategies, benchmark suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships, onboard new vendors and keep accurate records of contracts, suppliers and pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance, support procurement reporting and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce or a related field.
• Experience managing sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract management and vendor governance.
• Experience with multiple procurement categories and independent project management.
• UAE national with a family book.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
• Negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
