Procurement Specialist – Facilities Management

About the role

The Procurement Specialist supports facilities management by leading sourcing, tendering and contract activities across multiple categories such as outsourcing, recruiting, travel and consultancy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver cost‑saving initiatives and ensure compliant supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather sourcing requirements and align them with cost‑optimisation goals.
• Develop and execute RFx processes (tenders, proposals, e‑auctions, RFIs, EOIs) ranging from 100,000 AED to 15,000,000 AED.
• Negotiate contracts, oversee contract implementation and monitor supplier compliance.
• Produce and report KPI dashboards that reflect procurement performance.
• Conduct market research, provide supplier intelligence and identify savings opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and finance teams.
• Perform ongoing supplier performance reviews to ensure service‑level adherence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category‑based procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and drive sourcing decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established procurement processes.
